part of a ministry team for one orphanage in Russia
|

BIG FAMILY MISSION partners with volunteers and ministry teams who take love, hope,
friendship, and lots of hugs to children in state-run Russian orphanages.
These volunteers are the only adult friends or family for many of the children. These volunteers
are faithful, but they need our financial help to buy special treats like fruit, tea, and cake when
they visit. Your gift also helps with purchase of games and craft items.
The need to help orphans in Russia is great: over 3 million orphans and children at risk.
Without help, their future is bleak: prison, violent death, drugs, alcoholism, prostitution, suicide.
You can join with one of these ministry teams in Russia by helping fund their work.
The teams also provide craft and sports equipment for orphanages, hold Christmas and Easter
celebrations, congratulate children on birthdays, and help with other special needs.
As a partner for the orphanage ministry team, you will receive links to:
- An introduction to the team you are partnering with (photos, etc.)
- Information about the orphanage you are helping
- Photos and brief information about the children at the orphanage who are being helped
- Photos and videos about the children and ministry to the children.
- Information about how you can send cards, letters, small gifts to children if you wish.
